Malcolm Brogdon scored 15 points, Mike Tobey had 11 and No. 2 Virginia held on to beat North Carolina State 51-47 Wednesday night. Virginia pulled through despite playing without guard Justin Anderson, who will miss 4-6 weeks after suffering a fractured finger on his left hand in Saturday's win over Louisville. The Cavaliers (22-1, 10-1 ACC) have won three in a row since falling to Duke on Jan. 31. Trevor Lacey scored 14 points to lead the Wolfpack (14-11, 5-7) but missed a layup that could have tied the score in the last 10 seconds.
