UCF-Akron wasn’t much of a game on Thursday night, as the Knights rolled to an easy 38-7 win in the opener.However, the game provided one of the weekend’s top plays, as UCF quarterback Blake Bortles had the ball slip out of his hand, then proceeded to throw a 39-yard touchdown to receiver J.J. Worton.
