Week 7 NFL Player Prop Odds and Bets

This player prop parlay focuses on three tight ends that will make a big splash in Week 7.

The Week 7 slate of NFL games features nine games with point spreads of six and a half points or less.

Will Tua Tagovailoa and Dak Prescott cover touchdown spreads in their return from the injury?

Trying to invest in teams covering the spread with star quarterbacks can crush your bankroll.

Instead, sports bettors can often find more value in Player Prop Bets.

What is a Player Prop?

In this type of wager, bettors are afforded the opportunity to combine their favorite player propositions into one single ticket. It's a simple and thrilling way to make small investments at plus-odd payouts without having to tackle conventional game spread or point total betting.

As always, when building player prop tickets, always be sure to pay close attention to any significant moves on game point totals by oddsmakers.

Let’s build a winning ticket for Sunday in Week 7 of the NFL!

Cade Otton, TE, Buccaneers OVER 28.5 Rec Yards

Cameron Brate suffered a neck injury last week and his absence paves the way for Otton to become the Buccaneers' starting tight end. Back to Week 5, when Brate was out with another injury, Otton hauled in six of seven targets for 43 yards. Historically, Tom Brady loves utilizing his tight ends in the passing game and Otton fits the mold. In that contest against the Falcons, the imposing rookie logged 96 percent of snaps and he should repeat that usage against the Panthers in Week 7. Take advantage of the low projection before the oddsmakers begin to adjust.

David Njoku, TE, Browns OVER 37.5 Rec Yards

In his sixth season, David Njoku is on pace for a career year in receptions and yards. In Week 7 the talented Njoku draws a Ravens defense that has allowed four opposing tight ends (Mike Gesicki, 41; Dawson Know, 40; Hayden Hurst, 53; Daniel Bellinger, 38) to surpass this projection of 37.5 receiving yards. In addition, a deeper dive reveals that Njoku has eclipsed this number in four consecutive games averaging 77 receiving yards per game.

Robert Tonyan, TE, Packers, OVER 31.5 Rush Yards

In the final leg of our Player Prop Parlay, we will target a player who has moved into a bigger role in the passing game due to injury and experience. Tonyan, who played in only eight games last season, will now be asked to run more routes from the seam following the injury to Randall Cobb. Last week against the Jets, the veteran tight end drew a team-high 12 targets which resulted in 10 receptions for 90 yards. Tonyan, who has outperformed this projection of 31.5 in three of six games, will face a Commanders defense that is allowing an average of 30.5 receiving yards per game to opposing tight ends.
