The Week 4 action begins with one matchup on Thursday night, as Tulane hosts Houston in a key game in the battle for the top spot in the American Athletic Conference's West Division. The Week 4 slate continues with three games on Friday night, including USC hosting Utah. The first window of games on Saturday features Southern Miss-Alabama, Tennessee-Florida, Michigan-Wisconsin, California-Ole Miss and Michigan State-Northwestern.

With the third week of action from the 2019 season in the books, it's time to revamp the full top 130 team projections and predictions and rank every FBS team in college football. Alabama takes the top spot once again after a road win at South Carolina. Clemson isn't far behind the Crimson Tide, especially after a dominant victory at Syracuse on Saturday night. LSU edges Georgia at No. 3, with Ohio State, Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Texas rounding out the next tier of teams. Washington State is off to a 3-0 start and joins the top 25 after a win against Houston.
