Playoff Chances Look Slim For Cincinnati Bengals

The AFC North is proving to be the best division in the NFL; just ask the Cincinnati Bengals

by Josh Kipnis

The Cincinnati Bengals have come a long way since the fallout of Carson Palmer and Chad Ochocinco a year ago. Rookies Andy Dalton and A.J. Green will surely be the future faces of this organization, but it seems they lack the firepower needed to make a final push towards the playoffs.

Steelers Could Be Without Ben Roethlisberger Against Titans

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is questionable for Sunday's game against Tennessee due to a foot injury.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are dealing with a rash of injuries, but none bigger than the one to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The veteran quarterback left Reliant Stadium on crutches, but a MRI on Monday revealed only a sprain, but his status for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans is uncertain.

In the final seconds of Sunday’s loss to Houston, Roethlisberger’s leg was twisted awkwardly on a tackle - the second time this season that has happened to the quarterback. Although Roethlisberger stayed in the game for the final plays, it was clear he was not 100 percent.

Beware of RBs that face Pittsburgh and the Jets on multiple occasions

Never bench your studs. Yeah, right. Just because you drafted a running back in the first round, don't think you can just set him in the starting lineup and not have to worry about him falling on his face.

Case in point is Week 1 and Baltimore's Ray Rice. If you're in a non-PPR sit him. If you're in a league without a flex position, sit him. And if you're in a PPR league with a flex position, really consider going somewhere else this week if you have better options/matchups.

These are the players we think you can wait on and still get solid production from and the players we think have an average draft position (ADP) that is too high for what you will get in return.

Few teams were better positioned than the Steelers to weather the lockout — and specifically the missing offseason workouts and practices that were a casualty of the NFL’s first work stoppage since 1987.

Is Ben Roethlisberger an under- or overrated fantasy option at QB?
Depends on where you have him ranked. He is not going to put up big numbers consistently. But he is probably worthy of a middle-round pick, if you don’t have an elite fantasy QB, and then start him based on matchups.
