The Big Ten has announced its 2020 college football season has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the conference recently made changes to its schedule to try and accomodate a season, the uncertainty and questions surrounding the health risks were simply too great to play in 2020. Although the Big Ten will consider a spring season, many challenges are ahead to playing in 2021.
