The Jackrabbits may be an FCS team but P.J. Fleck's Gophers better be on upset alert. South Dakota State went 10-3 and made it to the semifinals of the FCS playoffs last season. Minnesota is looking to break through in Fleck's third season at the helm.
Kent State at Arizona State, 10 p.m. on Pac-12 Networks
Herm Edwards' second season out in the desert gets started at home against the Golden Flashes from the MAC. The Sun Devils will have true freshman Jayden Daniels at quarterback against a team that won just two games in 2018 but showed signs of improvement under head coach Sean Lewis.
