Memphis at No. 24 Houston, 9 p.m. on ESPN2
Houston hasn't lost since the season opener and as a result, the Cougars are in the latest College Football Playoff Rankings and appear headed for a collision with Cincinnati in the American Athletic Conference Championship Game. Memphis needs just one more win to become bowl eligible and would make quite the statement if it happened on Friday night.
Air Force at Nevada, 9 p.m. on FS1
Both Mountain West teams need to win out if they have any hope of winning their respective division. Air Force has one of the nation's top ground games and defenses while Nevada boasts one of the most prolific passing attacks.
Arizona at Washington State, 9 p.m. on Pac-12 Networks
Washington State needs just one more win to become bowl eligible despite going through a coaching transition. Arizona has just one win on the season has been a much more competitive team in recent weeks.
No. 19 San Diego State at UNLV, 11:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network
San Diego State is in the driver's seat in the Mountain West's West Division and is looking for its 10th win. After a rough start, UNLV has won two in a row and can play spoiler once again at home.
