College Football Games on TV Today
Buffalo at Miami (Ohio), 7 p.m. on ESPNU
Both teams are coming off of losses and are still two wins from becoming bowl eligible. It could be argued that Miami has a little more riding on this one since the RedHawks are just a game behind Kent State for first place in the MAC East, but don't expect Buffalo to simply roll over either.
Akron at Western Michigan, 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Network
Western Michigan needs just one more win to become bowl eligible, while Akron is moving on after the recent firing of head coach Tom Arth. The Broncos need to tighten up some things on defense, while the Zips have had issues on both sides of the ball but have still found a way to win more games already this season compared to the last two combined (1-17 record).
Ohio at Eastern Michigan, 8 p.m. on ESPN2
Eastern Michigan needs a win to keep its faint MAC West title hopes alive, while Ohio is coming off of a big victory against in-state rival Ball State. The Bobcats can add to their late-season momentum by putting an end to the Eagles' two-game winning streak.
