Week 8 of the college football season includes four games on Thursday, Oct. 21. Three will get started before "Thursday Night Football" between the Denver Broncos and Cleveland Browns kicks off, followed by a nightcap out west.

Tulane at No. 21 SMU, 7:30 p.m. on ESPN

SMU is undefeated and trying to keep pace in the American Athletic Conference with Cincinnati and Houston, while Tulane is desperate to put an end to its four-game losing streak.
