Week 10 of the college football season officially welcomes back the MAC and the Pac-12 to the football field. The MAC put in a full slate of games on Wednesday night, and the Pac-12 kicks off its abbreviated season beginning first thing Saturday with USC hosting Arizona State, but it will be another game in the Pac-12 that catches our betting eye this weekend.
We're also taking a look at a couple of big games in the ACC and SEC, as well as a potentially interesting game in the Big Ten. After a winning week last week evened our season record, it's time to dig in and get ready to come out ahead once again.
Here is a look at some of the most notable games going on this weekend.
Note: All times are ET and games are on Saturday, Nov. 7.
Michigan (-3.5) at Indiana, 12 p.m.
Jim Harbaugh and Michigan head to Bloomington where Michael Penix Jr. and dangerous Indiana look to improve to 3-0. The Wolverines took a big loss at home last week and are a mystery heading into this weekend. Michigan has the ability to slow down Indiana and rack up some yards. As long as the Wolverines avoid the kind of mistakes Penn State made against the Hoosiers, Michigan should escape with a win. Michigan 24, Indiana 20
Florida (+3.5) vs. Georgia, 3:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs continue to play some of the best defense to be found in the SEC, but the offense has struggled. Meanwhile, Kyle Trask, Kyle Pitts, and the Gators' offense have been rolling. Something will have to give, but trust the Gators to find a way to score the points needed for the outright win. Florida 26, Georgia 24
After getting knocked off from the ranks of the unbeaten last week, Oklahoma State will head to Kansas State as a heavy favorite against the Wildcats. Kansas State also got roughed up this past weekend on the road against West Virginia. Count on a solid rebound for Kansas State to keep things tight with Oklahoma State, but go with the Pokes for the straight-up win. Oklahoma State 31, Kansas State 27
Clemson (-5.5) at Notre Dame, 7:30 p.m.
Despite not having Trevor Lawrence available for a second straight week due to a positive COVID-19 test, Clemson is still a favorite on the road against Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish have been gaining confidence as the season has played out, but the Tigers still have far too many offensive weapons for quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei to work with. Travis Etienne should be the big difference-maker, although Notre Dame's Ian Book will make some plays against Clemson. The Tigers have been on a dry spell against the spread, and they are due to cover the number. It happens this weekend. Clemson 28, Notre Dame 17
Oregon (-11) vs. Stanford, 7:30 p.m.
Picking a double-digit favorite in a conference just getting on the field for the first time could be a costly mistake, but we're not about to back down on this one. Oregon will move forward with some notable players opting out this season, but Mario Cristobal should still have a superior roster to Stanford's and the Ducks could put together a bit of a statement. Oregon 34, Stanford 21
