College Football Rankings: AP Poll Top 25 for Week 7
Week 6 of the college football season is in the books, and the latest Associated Press (AP) poll and top 25 rankings were released on Sunday. These rankings reflect the first six weeks of action as the season heads into Week 7. As expected, Alabama remained No. 1 with a win over Texas A&M. Clemson checked at No. 2 once again following a victory over Wake Forest, Penn State is No. 3 after beating Northwestern, and Georgia is fourth after dominating Vanderbilt. TCU climbs to No. 6 after beating West Virginia, and Washington State jumps three spots to No. 8 after Saturday night's win over Oregon. Washington, Wisconsin, Ohio State and Auburn round out the teams in the top 10 this week. Michigan State, Navy, Texas Tech and Stanford join the top 25 rankings this week.
