Michigan State vs. Western Michigan, preview, live stream, TV channel, time, how to watch college football

The Michigan State Spartans will open the college football season against the Western Michigan Broncos on Friday night at Spartan Stadium. Michigan State is coming off a phenomenal year while going 11-2 and coming off a win over Pitt in the Peach Bowl. They will be getting Payton Thorne back at quarterback as they look to make another run this year.

Western Michigan finished the year at 8-5 and came out strong at the beginning of the season going 4-1, their only loss in that stretch coming on the road against eventual Big Ten champion and College Football Playoff participant Michigan. The Broncos hope for more of the same as they look for a fourth bowl appearance in five seasons under head coach Tim Lester.

This will be a great night of college football, here is everything you need to know to watch or stream the action on Friday night.
