The Nebraska wide receiver room is losing one of its most recognizable names.

Freshman Decoldest Crawford has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal, according to Matt Zenitz of On3.

Crawford, a former three-star recruit out of Louisiana, did not catch a pass during his lone season in Lincoln. But his unique first name made him well-known not only among Cornhusker fans but followers of college football around the country.

Crawford even appeared in a commercial for Omaha-based SOS Heating and Cooling. Perhaps air conditioning companies in other college towns will get in on his recruitment.

Crawford's decision to transfer comes less than a week after Nebraska hired former Temple, Baylor and Carolina Panthers coach Matt Rhule to replace the fired Scott Frost.

Crawford is one of three Nebraska players to enter the portal on Thursday. Freshman linebacker Ernest Hausmann and offensive lineman Brant Banks are also seeking new places to play.
