Official College Football Preseason AP Top 25 Poll Unveiled

Bryce Young, Alabama Crimson Tide in 2021 SEC Championship Game

Just moments ago, the Associated Press unveiled its official college football preseason top 25 poll. As expected, the Alabama Crimson Tide check in at No. 1.

Heisman winner Bryce Young leads an excellent Crimson Tide roster into the 2022 season. Alabama is coming off a national championship loss to the Georgia Bulldogs last season. The Tide have all the makings of returning to the title game and avenging last year's loss.

Who might Alabama be paired up with in the national championship? The Buckeyes of Ohio State, led by rising star quarterback C.J. Stroud, land at No. 2 in the preseason AP Top 25.

Ohio State is followed by Georgia at No. 3, Clemson at No. 4 and Notre Dame at No. 5. Texas A&M, Utah, Michigan, Oklahoma and Baylor round out the top 10. Oregon and Oklahoma State just missed the top-10 cut.
