Predictions for Every College Football Game in Week 8

Picks for every CFB game in Week 8.

College football’s Week 8 slate is the official start of the second half of the season, and the action begins on Thursday night with three matchups. Miami travels to Virginia Tech for a key ACC Coastal Division matchup, while Boise State hosts BYU in a game that can certainly help boost the Broncos' overall resume for the top spot among Group of 5 teams. Three more games dot the schedule for Friday, including Oregon at California and South Florida traveling to Temple for a critical American Athletic Conference showdown. A full slate is on tap for Saturday, and the SEC takes center stage with three marquee matchups. All eyes will be on Tuscaloosa with Texas A&M taking on Alabama, but LSU-Ole Miss and Auburn-Arkansas are critical games for positioning within the SEC. Outside of the SEC, Wisconsin-Iowa, NC State-Louisville, Ohio State-Penn State, TCU-West Virginia, Utah-UCLA and Colorado-Stanford are just a handful of the key matchups to watch on Saturday.

Which teams will come out on top in every FBS game for Week 8? Bryan Fischer and Jim Weber join Athlon Sports' Steven Lassan and Mitch Light to provide weekly predictions for every contest:
