The blue on blue combination works on the court but not on the gridiron. If Kansas is trying to portray a Conference USA look both by play and look instead of the Big 12, then the Jayhawks are succeeding.

Iowa State beats out Kansas simply because they show contrast. Recent combinations would definitely be dead last in the conference but this particular scheme is not that bad.
While most schools go with the dark top and light bottom the Cowboys chose to be different in this combination. The helmet looks great but reversing the color scheme would go a long way.
Though Baylor definitely has worse uniform combinations the fact remains they are still the Oregon of the Big 12. The design around the shoulder seems to be an added afterthought that doesn't do this combination any favors.

I’ve always liked this combination. Adding any more silver may be detrimental to the look.
Texas, just like Oklahoma, makes tradition work. You always know who you are facing simply by the color scheme.
You simply cannot go wrong with tradition. Sometimes you just stick with what works.
Some of the most recent combinations are forgettable. However, this combination is clean and looks stunning at night in Morgantown.
