The SEC’s 2016 regular season featured several freshmen making an impact for all 14 teams in a variety of roles. Whether it was Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts guiding the offense by averaging 264.1 total yards per game, or Kentucky's Benny Snell forming one of the league's top backfields with Boom Williams, there was no shortage of talent in the freshmen ranks. On defense, Florida end Jabari Zuniga, Mississippi State linebacker Leo Lewis and Auburn cornerback Javaris Davis are just a few of the league's emerging stars.
