Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers

It looks like Steve Sarkisian and the Texas Longhorns are going to have their star quarterback return this weekend.

Quinn Ewers, who's been out with a shoulder injury since the Alabama game, will reportedly make his return this Saturday vs. Oklahoma.

It's perfect time for the Longhorns, who are hoping to take down the Sooners in the Red River game.

Sources: Star quarterback Quinn Ewers will return for Texas on Saturday and is expected to start in the Red River game against Oklahoma. He’s been practicing without limitations this week.

Steve Sarkisian adds this is the healthiest both Quinn Ewers and backup Hudson Card have been in about a month or so.

Texas football coach Steve Sarkisian said Quinn Ewers and Hudson Card had a really good week of preparation. In addition, Sarkisian said they are healthier than they've been in about a month. Said he feels confident with both guys going into Saturday.

Quinn Ewers played like a star before getting injured.

Hopefully the Texas quarterback shines again this Saturday vs. Oklahoma.
