Alabama Emerging As The Overwhelming Favorite For Five-Star DB Dijon Lee
When Nick Saban was at the helm of Alabama, the Tide seemingly always had elite defensive backs all over the field.
While Kalen DeBoer is known for his offensive prowess, he and his staff are also working on making sure that elite defensive backs are still suiting up for the good guys in Tuscaloosa. On Thursday, they appeared to receive some extremely promising news when it comes to the recruitment of five-star, Dijon Lee.
Two of On3's recruiting insiders have inserted RPMs in favor of the Tide to land Lee with both doing so with a 60% or more confidence level.
According to On3's rankings, Lee ranks as the No. 30 player in the country and has fantastic size for a corner, standing in at 6-foot-4 which would be the tallest in the NFL right now. He also runs track for Mission Viejo, which shows that he has the speed to stick at corner.
This past season he racked up 55 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss, and also added two picks.
