Alabama Named A Finalist For Four-Star Mater Dei DB Chuck McDonald
The Alabama Crimson Tide are already off to a hot start out of the gates in their 2025 recruiting class, and have a chance to bolster it even more.
On Sunday, four-star corner Chuck McDonald took to the app formerly known as Twitter to announce his top four schools. It happened to be four of the biggest powers in all of college football, which of course means the Tide are involved.
Aside from Alabama, the other three schools include USC, Oregon, and Georgia.
McDonald ranks as the No. 151 player in the country, No. 19 corner, and the No. 12 player in the state of California. This past season en route to a state title with the California powerhouse, McDonald recorded 34 total tackles, seven pass deflections, and also grabbed a pick.
According to On3's recruiting predict machine, USC is the favorite to land McDonald.
