Alabama Named a Finalist For Top California Recruit, Five-Star DB Dijon Lee
While Nick Saban may be gone, the Alabama Crimson Tide are still taking swings at the best defensive backs in the country.
On Thursday, it was revealed that they were named a finalist for five-star corner Dijon Lee. The Mission Viejo product took to social media to announce his final four, and the Tide were among them.
Joining the Tide as finalists are SEC foes Georgia and Texas A&M, as well as DeBoer's former employer, Washington.
According to 247Sports' Composite Rankings, Lee ranks as the No. 26 player in the country, No. 5 corner, and No. 1 player in the state of California. As it stands right now Lee is set to visit Tuscaloosa towards the end of June.
For his first class, DeBoer currently has the Tide sitting pretty as the No. 8 class in the country, and adding Lee would boost them into the top five.
