WATCH: Alabama reveals Saban Field sign outside Bryant-Denny Stadium

Before the Crimson Tide's matchup with USF, the Saban Field was revealed outside Bryant-Denny Stadium

Just weeks after Nick Saban's retirement, the University of Alabama announced it would dedicate the field inside Bryant-Denny Stadium as 'Saban Field.'

After his six national championships and nine SEC championships, Saban was no doubt going to receive an incredible honor from the University to go along with his statue outside of the stadium.

Saturday afternoon, the University revealed the logos inside and outside the stadium that now coin the title, 'Saban Field.'

Surrounded by fans who began filing around the walk of champions, Saban made the walk along with his family.

During his 17-year tenure in Tuscaloosa, Saban accumulated a 201-29 record while solidifying that the University of Alabama is the greatest college football program in the country.

It took Saban just three years to win his first national championship with his latest coming in 2020.

During the 10-year reign of the four-team college football playoff, Saban led Alabama to eight appearances.

Four different Alabama players won the Heisman Trophy during his coaching career with running backs Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry hoisting the trophy along with wide receiver Devonta Smith and quarterback Bryce Young.

47 Crimson Tide players were drafted in the first-round of the NFL Draft and a grand total of 133 players were drafted that played under Saban.

During halftime Alabama's contest tonight against South Florida, Saban will be honored on the field as the legendary coach becomes even more further cemented in Alabama Crimson Tide history.
