Auburn safety Terrance Love transfers to Colorado
One day after Colorado's spring game, Deion Sanders and the Buffaloes snagged another defensive back out of the transfer portal.
Auburn safety Terrance Love announced he would be Boulder bound on Sunday. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder played in 22 Games for the Tigers over the past two seasons.
Love was noted as the top available safety in the Portal, according to 247Sports. The SEC academic honor roll recipient played a reserve role with four tackles and a pass breakup during his time at Auburn.
Colorado also got Illinois State cornerback Teon Parks on Saturday. The former FCS defender was noted as the top cornerback available.
Love was a consensus four-star recruit who was listed in the top 25 at his position nationally according to ESPN. He was also in the top 35 prospects in Georgia
Love will join the Buffs with two years of eligibility remaining.
