Jardin Gilbert talks about the matchup with Arkansas

LSU’s Jardin Gilbert spoke to the media this week about the challenges of the Arkansas offense.

How is the team looking ahead to play Arkansas?

Jardin: Arkansas is a good team and the point of this week has been their physical team so we have to match their physicality…We know what we have to do and we’re going to do it. We are the best defense in the conference and I can say that with confidence. We just have to continue doing the things that we've been doing

You guys are walking into Arkansas, obviously a hostile environment. What do you see from film from their offense and what challenges are they going to bring to you guys?

Jardin: Understanding that they are a physical team and understanding that they have a mobile quarterback who likes to run. They have good running backs but just matching their physicality. I feel like we are the more physical team so that's what we're going to showcase.
