The Jacksonville Jaguars have dropped from the top spot in the fantasydefense/special teams (DST) rankings for Week 16. The Jags "drop" to No. 2, traveling across the country to face Jimmy Garoppolo and the San Francisco 49ers. They are still an elite option, but the Baltimore Ravens take the top spot. The Ravens are tied with the Jags in terms of defensive touchdowns this season (seven), and the matchup this week against the Indianapolis Colts is enough to give them the top spot for Week 16.
For those looking to stream DSTs, the Chicago Bears (about 27 percent owned) are the fifth-ranked DST this week, facing the winless Cleveland Browns. The Bears are at home, and the Browns allow opposing DSTs to score the second-most fantasy points. While neither team has anything to play for (better draft pick?), this game doesn't exactly scream offense. It's possible neither team puts up a ton of points, but the Bears DST should fare well in Week 16.
