Many fantasy owners were likely disappointed with their defense/special teams (DST) in Week 15. The top three DSTs (depending on league scoring) were all owned in less than 50 percent of leagues. The Indianapolis Colts (25 percent owned) shut out the Dallas Cowboys in Week 15. They were at home, but they remain at home in Week 16, hosting the New York Giants. The Colts are the fifth-ranked DST this week, as they should continue to find success against turnover-prone Eli Manning.
The top DST for Week 16 is the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams face the Arizona Cardinals. In Week 15, the Atlanta Falcons faced the Cardinals. The Falcons DST is not a strong unit, yet managed to end the week as the top DST. Atlanta had seven sacks, two interceptions, and a defensive touchdown. The Rams have done well against tougher opponents and should fare well in Week 16
