Tampa Bay's Connor Barth tore his Achilles in a charity basketball game just prior to the start of training camp, prompting the team to sign Lawrence Tynes. While Tynes doesn't even appear in the top half of Athlon Sports' Fantasy Football 2013 Kicker Rankings, it doesn't mean the veteran should be ignored either.
