Fantasy Football 2016 Defense/Special Teams Rankings: Week 11

Miami is an excellent streaming DST option this week against Los Angeles and rookie QB Jared Goff

Arizona has recorded at least one sack on defense in every game so far this season, which is something a fantasy owner looks for from their defense/special teams (DST) unit. After not allowing an opposing DST to score double-digit fantasy points (depending on league scoring) to start the season, Minnesota has not been near as stingy since its Week 6 bye. Over the last four games, the Vikings have given up 16 sacks alone (each team recording at least two) and have coughed up the ball five times. Minnesota hosts Arizona on Sunday and this matchup is too appealing to pass up, which is why the Cardinals are the No. 1 DST for Week 11.

Seattle also is at home on Sunday, but it’s a tougher-than-may-appear matchup against Philadelphia. Carson Wentz has looked more like a rookie in recent weeks, however, and since this game is at CenturyLink Field the Seahawks check in at No. 2. Those in in need of a bye week fill-in DST or prefer the streaming route should take a close look at Miami. The Dolphins are in Los Angeles to face the Rams and No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff, who will be making his NFL debut.
