Can you trust Rob Gronkowski to produce like a No. 1 fantasy TE?
Let's face the cold hard truth: no one likes drafting a tight end in fantasy football. There are always too many questions with the position. One of the biggest being – should you draft one early?
Well the top three projected tight ends are either injury prone (Rob Gronkowski, Jordan Reed) or coming off of an injury (Travis Kelce). The only real consistent tight end over the past four years has been Greg Olsen and that's not a sexy pick.
So should you wait on drafting a tight end? Probably. But you're going to need to know which one to draft and that's why these rankings, even with plenty of time left before the start of the season, are so important.
