2022 Fantasy Football: Way-Too-Early Top 300 Rankings

Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams

Cooper Kupp's historic 2021 campaign has vaulted him into first-round territory for next season's fantasy drafts

The Los Angeles Rams' thrilling victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI capped off not only the longest season in NFL history but one of the most exciting playoffs as well. But as great as this past season was, the focus has already shifted to 2022 and that applies to fantasy football too.

But before you dive into the player rankings below keep in mind there's a reason these are called "Way-Too-Early." After all, the draft is still more than two months away and free agency (and perhaps a major trade or two) will happen before that.

That said, it's still fun to start thinking about where players will go when fantasy drafts start taking place later this summer, including Cooper Kupp. The Offensive Player of the Year after winning the triple crown in receiving, Kupp kept on balling during the playoffs, setting new records and taking home Super Bowl LVI MVP honors.

This doesn't mean that Kupp should be the first player taken in fantasy drafts (that distinction belongs to Jonathan Taylor), but I think it's safe to say that he has done more than enough to establish himself as a no-doubt first-rounder. In fact, he may still be ranked too low!

So enjoy these way-too-early rankings and if you see something you don't agree with that's OK because there are plenty of changes to come!
