NFL training camps are still several weeks away but it's never too early to dive into some fantasy positional rankings. Just keep in mind that these are called "early" for a reason.
For one, there are still several intriguing free agents on the market who could shake things up depending on where they land. Also, with OTAs and minicamps taking place, the possibility for a significant injury increases as there are usually a few big-name players who unfortunately see their seasons end before they even get started.
Those caveats aside, it's still fun to start thinking about where players will go when fantasy drafts start taking place later this summer, including Cooper Kupp. The Offensive Player of the Year after winning the triple crown in receiving, Kupp kept on balling during the playoffs, setting new records and taking home Super Bowl LVI MVP honors.
In fact, in our eyes, Kupp has done more than enough to deserve the label of the No. 1 player in fantasy football. Some may prefer Jonathan Taylor or perhaps are still willing to take another gamble on Christian McCaffrey. That's just one of the beauties of exercises like these.
So enjoy these rankings and if you see something you don't agree with that's OK because there are plenty of changes to come!
