It seems odd that Odell Beckham Jr. is only a flex play, but given his history, that's where he falls for Week 13 from a fantasy perspective. He performed well in Week 12, with 10 targets. He caught five of them for 81 yards and a touchdown. He is clearly going to be part of the Rams' offense going forward, but he will likely be behind Cooper Kupp and Van Jefferson in the pecking order. Fantasy managers can certainly use him as a flex play, especially in Week 13 against the Jaguars.
Similarly, both Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson are flex options. In Week 13 Stevenson was not used in the passing game, but he was the leading rusher with 46 yards. Harris was in the game early and was given the goal-line touches (and he scored a touchdown). Brandon Bolden caught four passes for 54 yards. Harris is the better bet to get a touchdown and Bolden has value in PPR leagues, but Stevenson is a decent flex option as well.
