Raheem Mostert has filled in nicely for Matt Breida and will continue to be a flex play
Now that Week 14 is here, fantasy football owners can now focus on the playoffs. Be sure to monitor injuries as well. When Dalvin Cook went down on Monday night, fantasy owners needed to check their rosters to see if they owned Alexander Mattison. Cook will likely be questionable heading into Week 14, but if he is limited or has to miss the game, Mattison jumps in as an RB2. He's ranked as RB40 and No. 91 as a flex option, but Cook's status will greatly impact Mattison's outlook. If Cook is out, Mattison becomes an even more intriguing option, especially as a flex.
Other flex options include players like Raheem Mostert (RB35, flex ranking No. 77). With Matt Breida still out, Mostert leapfrogged Tevin Coleman in the pecking order and ran for 146 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries against a very strong Ravens defense. Breida's status is still up in the air, but it's time to realize that Coleman isn't worth starting and Mostert (owned in 13 percent of fantasy leagues) may be worth picking up as a flex play.
