It's championship week for fantasy managers! It's the week to look at your team and try to decide who is the best player for the flex spot. In Week 16, if you had decided on Justin Jackson, you might have just won your week. If you chose DeVante Parker... well, that didn't help you very much. In looking ahead to Week 17, keep an eye on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, although with the changed protocols, some players that seemed to be out now might be able to play.
In Minnesota, K.J. Osborn suddenly becomes a more appealing flex option with the news coming out Wednesday morning that Adam Thielen underwent season-ending ankle surgery.
Justin Jefferson is the clear-cut No. 1 target, but Kirk Cousins is going to have to throw the ball if the Vikings have any shot at beating Green Bay on the road on Sunday night. Osborn will be tough to trust, especially with Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander expected to be activated and return to action, but he is an option for fantasy managers looking for one (or may have lost Thielen).
