When trying to pick a player for your flex spot, it often just comes down to the next best player on your fantasy roster. The best way to determine the next best player? The matchup, projections... and rankings. It is often hard to compare a running back to a wide receiver. Fantasy managers should look at their scoring to determine which may be a better bet. A pass-catching running back in a PPR league may provide more value than a wide receiver. However, it really does depend on your options and your league's scoring
For Week 2, Nelson Agholor is listed as WR44, which would put him in flex territory. In Week 1, he had seven targets, which was second to Jakobi Meyers, but he had the touchdown. Some weeks Agholor will be a WR3 and other weeks he will be a WR5. He is someone to consider for the flex spot depending on the week (Meyers also is a flex option). Sometimes it just comes down to trusting your gut as well.
