Le'Veon Bell is starting to look more and more like his usual, dominant self
It’s time for the Week 7 flex rankings in fantasy football and there’s a familiar face atop the list as Le’Veon Bell has looked more like his dominant self these last few weeks. Teammate Antonio Brown is right behind him as the Steelers look to keep things rolling against their AFC North rivals, the Bengals.
And what about Julio Jones? You have no choice but to play him, but what if he flounders once again versus New England? He will certainly fall down the ranks from here on out if that is the outcome.
Elsewhere around the league, the Packers’ offense has to be downgraded significantly following Aaron Rodgers’ season-ending injury. Not only are the receivers not as appealing in fantasy, but it looks like the backfield has become a timeshare of sorts between Ty Montgomery and Aaron Jones, adding to the headaches when it comes to Green Bay’s fantasy outlook.
Health-wise, the players to keep a close eye on this week include Stefon Diggs, Sterling Shepard and C.J. Prosise. And of course, there’s the never-ending saga of Ezekiel Elliott’s on-again, off-again suspension. At least his owners know he’ll be playing this week (and in a good matchup vs. San Francisco).
Teams on bye: Detroit, Houston
