As the 2019 fantasy football season nears, it's time to examine players who could make or break your fantasy team. Here's a look at Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston and his fantasy outlook for the season ahead.
If you combined last year’s Winston and Ryan Fitzpatrick numbers, you would have had fantasy’s No. 2 quarterback. This combo-QB would have led the league in passing yards and ranked third in touchdowns. Winston alone ranked seventh in passing yards per game in 2017. DeSean Jackson’s departure takes away a top deep threat, but Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and TE O.J. Howard remain. Offensive guru Bruce Arians has praised Winston as a QB who “can win it all.”

Winston has been erratic but has also shown his high weekly ceiling. He’s a solid bet in low-QB1 range and a strong value beyond that.
