Projections for the season ahead
As the 2020 fantasy football season nears, it's time to examine players who could make or break your fantasy team. Here's a look at Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon and his fantasy outlook for the season ahead.
The Bengals decided to give Mixon the ball more around the middle of coach Zac Taylor’s first season. Mixon drew 67.3 percent of carries before the Week 9 bye; 75.3 percent after. His target share did not climb, however. That makes little sense for one of the league’s more talented pass-catching running backs. But A.J. Green’s healthy return and Tee Higgins’ arrival only make it more difficult to find Mixon more opportunities in that area.

Bye Week: 9
Mixon has the talent to crack this position’s top 4. We just don’t know about his usage or Cincinnati’s offense. Beware the risk.
