In Week 2, it was Joey Slye that was the top fantasy kicker. His ownership went from 15 percent to 51 percent. He rewarded fantasy owners with five extra points and one field goal (eight points). In Week 3, Matt Gay (3 percent owned) was the top-scoring kicker. The lesson learned here is to not chase kicker points. Rather, go with the kicker on the team you think will win and score a lot of points. Week 3 wasn't a big week for kicker points, so hopefully Week 4 will have more points for kickers (or not, if you're of the camp that believes that kicker points should be removed from fantasy football).
