Kicker Rankings Week 7

Greg Zuerlein returns for Week 7, and fantasy owners should pick him up

For fantasy owners, trying to pick kickers has been difficult. When kickers should have a good game (Jake Elliott, Week 6), they have been mediocre. In the meantime, kickers such as Brett Maher and Jason Sanders (both less than six percent owned) finish Week 6 in the top eight in fantasy scoring. Between the bye weeks and the injuries (Caleb Sturgis, Week 6; Matt Bryant, Week 7), the kicker position has been more difficult than ever to predict.

In Week 7, the top-ranked kickers are Harrison Butker and Justin Tucker. Butker has consistently done well, thanks to the high-octane Kansas City Chiefs offense. Fantasy owners also should be aware that Greg Zuerlein is expected to return this week for the Los Angeles Rams. He's the No. 8 kicker for Week 7. For those that need to drop a kicker for the bye weeks, see if Zuerlein is available.
