As the 2020 fantasy football season nears, it's time to examine players who could make or break your fantasy team. Here's a look at Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and his fantasy outlook for the season ahead.
Cousins’ fantasy total tumbled as the Vikings had him attempt nearly 100 fewer passes than his previous low as a starter. He still posted a strong midseason stretch, ranking sixth among fantasy quarterbacks from Week 5 through Week 13. But then Cousins lost Stefon Diggs, who ranked second among wideouts with 2.69 yards per route run in 2019, according to Pro Football Focus. Justin Jefferson will have trouble replacing that.

Cousins can be a fine weekly option in certain matchups. But there’s not much to point to for season-long upside here.
