Andrew Luck hopes to lead his team to the playoffs, which just might lead your team to a fantasy championship
Week 15 was a tough week for quarterbacks in general, but fantasy owners needing big performances from players such as Cam Newton, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers, Jared Goff, Andrew Luck, among others, were disappointed. Only two quarterbacks threw for more than 300 yards: Philip Rivers and Goff. No quarterback threw more than two touchdowns (Matt Ryan did throw for two and ran one in). But Newton, Brees, Rodgers, Goff, and Luck, who are typically QB1s, combined for zero touchdowns.
Hopefully for Week 16, the quarterbacks will be helping fantasy owners win championships. Patrick Mahomes, who has had success all season, regardless of matchup, is the top-ranked quarterback. He has proven time and time again that he should be started, no matter what. Luck is the No. 2 quarterback this week. The matchup against the Giants is a tough one, but Luck is at home, where he typically plays better. The Colts do have a shot to make the playoffs, so Luck will be out there, trying to get the W.
