Week 1 is in the books for fantasy managers and some were happy with how their running backs performed (Christian McCaffrey and Joe Mixon were excellent). Other managers may have been a bit frustrated (with Aaron Jones and Ezekiel Elliot, for example). However, just remember that it was just Week 1. Some players need to get the rust off and that's ok. Give it another week before making any rash decisions (but know that the rankings do take this into account a bit).
In looking at the rankings for Week 2, Elijah Mitchell is ranked as an RB3. Raheem Mostert is on injured reserve and appears to be out for the remainder of the season. In Week 1, Mitchell stepped up and ran for 104 yards and a touchdown. While it is not clear that he will step into the No. 1 role, he certainly will have a role. JaMycal Hasty and Trey Sermon will be in the picture, but fantasy managers should look at Mitchell in their lineups for Week 2.
