As the 2020 fantasy football season nears, it's time to examine players who could make or break your fantasy team. Here's a look at Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill and his fantasy outlook for the season ahead.
Tannehill’s 7.7 percent touchdown rate from last season is bound to come down. We have seen only 50 such seasons ever among players with 200-plus passing attempts. Among active QBs, only Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, and Drew Brees have cracked 7.0 percent twice; only Rodgers has done it in consecutive seasons. Tannehill remains in a run-heavy offense that added little, but a developing A.J. Brown leads the pass catchers.

Tannehill offers helpful rushing, but we’d bet on him falling outside the fantasy top 12 after a dream season taking over for Marcus Mariota.
