The Week 15 fantasy football tight end rankings definitely bring some disparity between my rankings and the Expert Consensus Rankings (ECR).
One of those differences of opinions is with Cole Kmet, who dynasty league owners likely have on their rosters already but should be on keeper owners' radars as well. I mentioned Kmet in my preseason rankings. This is exactly what I thought would happen. I warned you to keep expectations low for his rookie year, but he is starting to show promise. He's not start-worthy in a standard league with the playoffs already underway, but he will be next year! And for those in deeper leagues, I do have him as a high-end TE2 in Week 15.
The other is Logan Thomas, who simply just keeps producing. He's a low-end TE1, but he's a TE1. I'm not sure what the ECR is thinking on placing Thomas well outside of the top 10. If you aren't aware that he's been targeted a whopping 76 times already, then I'm guessing your season is already over.
But the highest-ranking disparity between the ECR and myself is Evan Engram. Yes, the Giants are a mess on offense this year, but Engram has 50 catches already, having already surpassed his totals for each of the previous two years. And he takes on the Browns this week who are giving up the second-most fantasy points to the TE position. Engram is not in that Kelce/Waller/Andrews tier this week, but he's definitely worthy of top-10 billing!
