The Week 9 tight end rankings for fantasy managers feature a player I've liked less than others most of the year, but I absolutely love this week: Tyler Conklin.
Conklin had five catches for 57 yards this past week and racked up even more yards the previous game (71 yards) and had nearly 24 yards per reception. His best game was against Seattle in Week 3 when he caught seven of eight targets for 70 yards and a touchdown.
It's not a very high ceiling, but if you are looking for a bye-week filler, you could do far worse. And the matchup could not be better, as the Ravens have given up a league-worst 19-plus fantasy points to TEs this year. Sure, Darren Waller lit them up, but they've also surrendered big days to guys like C.J. Uzomah and Mo Alie-Cox.
The former had three catches for 91 yards and two touchdowns versus the Ravens, while the latter had one of his better weeks, reeling in three catches for 50 yards. Expect Conklin to have somewhere between the two this week and should probably hit double-digit fantasy points this week.
