The good news is that several have already been ruled out, including A.J. Green, Adam Thielen, T.Y. Hilton, Brandin Cooks, Alshon Jeffery, and Parris Campbell among WRs, as well as Austin Hooper, Trey Burton, Vernon Davis, Adam Shaheen, and Chris Herndon (went on IR) for tight ends. Will Fuller (hamstring) was added to this list on Saturday as he didn't even travel with the team to Baltimore. Additionally, George Kittle is doubtful and fantasy owners should expect to be without him for the second straight week.
Don't forget to keep an eye on the running backs and as always, check the inactive report before game time.
Teams on bye: Green Bay, New York Giants, Seattle, Tennessee
Note: All times are ET and all games are on Sunday, Nov. 17.
Emmanuel Sanders (ribs), WR, San Francisco 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 p.m.
Sanders left the Monday night game with the ribs injury and did not practice this week. He says he's going to play, but players actually don't get the final say. The ribs injury may be a case where he cannot do any harm by playing, but it may be painful to play through (anyone who has ever cracked a rib knows that it hurts to move, forget run, pivot, catch and be tackled). If Sanders were to sit, Deebo Samuel's value would skyrocket. Sanders may try to play and would be a WR2.
Marquise Brown (ankle), WR, Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans, 1 p.m.
Brown has been dealing with injuries for a few weeks. This week he practiced on Wednesday, didn't practice on Thursday, and returned for a limited session on Friday. That progression usually indicates a player will be active for the game. Fantasy owners will know and Brown plays in the early slate of games, which should help as he's considered a game-time decision. Brown has a good matchup and is a WR3, assuming he's active.
Gerald Everett (wrist), TE, Los Angeles Rams vs. Chicago Bears, 8:20 p.m.
Even though Everett has been on the injury report this week with a wrist injury, the team still expects him to play in Week 11. It's not clear when this injury occurred, but it doesn't seem serious. Everett had 12 targets in Week 10 (8/68/0 stat line) and has been a TE1 this season. Fantasy owners should plan to have Everett on Sunday night, although just be sure no news breaks earlier in the day regarding his status.
