Here are the top-tier quarterback plays in Week 6:

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills (DraftKings – $8,200/FanDuel – $9,200)

Beating the Kansas City Chiefs should be the road that Buffalo has to pass to make it to the 2023 Super Bowl. Last year Allen delivered a stellar performance (397 combined yards with four touchdowns), only to see his defense give up the losing score with 13 seconds left on the clock. In his other matchup vs. Kansas City, he gained 374 combined yards with four touchdowns). Five games into 2022, Allen already has 16 touchdowns with 1,876 combined yards. His floor has been more than 26.00 fantasy points this year, but he needs a minimum of 33.00 fantasy points at DraftKings worth his investment.

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs (DraftKings – $8,000/FanDuel – $8,600)

Despite delivering 15 touchdowns over his first five starts with 1,480 combined yards, the Chiefs’ wide receivers still lack star power (61/795/2 on 97 targets). Buffalo ranks sixth defending tight ends (21/169 on 34 targets), but Travis Kelce beat them for 14 catches for 153 yards and two scores in 2021. Over the past two games, the Bills’ defense allowed Baltimore and Pittsburgh to control the time of possession (38:10 and 36:08). Buffalo allows 6.1 yards per pass attempt, with quarterbacks tossing three touchdowns. SI Sportsbook lists this matchup with the highest over/under (54.5) on the main slate on Sunday.

Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens (DraftKings – $8,100/FanDuel – $8,800)

After two down games (16.50 and 17.50 fantasy points), Jackson looks poised to have an impact performance in Week 6. He appears to have a chip on his shoulder due to his lack of a long-term contract. Jackson has put up more than 220 passing yards in only one of his five starts while shining in the run game over the past four weeks (9/119/1, 11/107/1, 11/73, and 12/58). The New York Giants have yet to allow more than 22.00 fantasy points to a quarterback, but they struggled against the run in three matchups (23/146, 30/176/1, and 32/149) while allowing 5.1 yards per rush on the year. For Jackson to shine in the daily games, he needs at least three scores (or two rushing touchdowns) with 300 combined yards. Jackson falls into the against-the-grain category in this matchup.
