Fantasy managers need to keep an eye on some of the players they may be counting on for Week 16. With the omicron variant running rampant throughout the league, players are added to the COVID-19/Reserve List each day. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Tyreek Hill, Tyler Lockett, and Cole Beasley are some of the newest additions to the list that may affect fantasy rosters in Week 16. With the NFL changing the rules on how soon players can come back, it is too early to tell if these players will be able to play (although it doesn't look good for Beasley). Fantasy managers should have an alternate on their bench, just in case.
Adam Thielen has made it back into the rankings, as it seems like he should be able to play in Week 16. He was questionable heading into Week 15 and participated in pre-game warmups while dealing with an ankle injury. Thielen is ranked as a WR2 for Week 16 since the Vikings face the Rams and it is hard to trust a player coming off injury. If he is active, K.J. Osborn is no longer a fantasy option.
