For most, it is the fantasy championship week. It's important to look at the rankings, look at the injury reports, and follow the ever-changing COVID-19 protocols. But sometimes, fantasy managers, you have to go with your gut. It's easy to look at the rankings and just pick the players from your team that are ranked highest, but sometimes a gut instinct tells you to start (or not start) someone on your roster.
Maybe you think DJ Moore is ready to have a WR1 game. He's ranked as a low WR2, but the Panthers face the Saints, who just allowed Jaylen Waddle to have a big game on Monday night. Moore's biggest issue isn't the opponent, however, it is his lack of a quarterback that can get him the ball. The rankings reflect Moore as a WR2, based on his recent results (5/55/0 on 11 targets in Week 16).
